Eligibility Criteria for BISP Kafalat
The selection of beneficiaries for the BISP Kafalat Program is done through the Proxy Means Test (PMT), conducted via the National Socio-Economic Registry (NSER) survey. Here’s how eligibility works:

- Eligibility Cut-off Score: 32 (as of September 23, 2021)
- Special Provision for Differently Abled Families: Cut-off score set at 37
Families falling within the approved PMT score are eligible for cash assistance under the program.
